"Daruma dolls are seen as a symbol of perseverance and good luck"
I wanted to put my own little spin on the traditional Daruma doll, I kept the iconic shape but simplified the details (to an extent), and I also wanted to play with the colour combinations, let's face it, colour theory is loads of fun and I have a dead nice time landing on the colours I did.
I drew a lot of different options before I landed on the 'the one' but I love them all, so maybe I'll do a small run of a different design or two.
