My day-to-day job is to help visualize and create our monthly campaign, varying in size, where they will be rolled out in many different-sized banners for on-site, dedicated landing pages, emails, and social, both paid and organic and sometimes we trickle the campaign into printed assets too. 

I try and add as many bespoke elements as I can, from creating icons, diagrams, illustrations, and small elements like lines, arrows, and small topical illustrations to help focuses key information.
