While studying at Shillington, we got given a half-day brief, to make a typeface
from the subject you were given. I got given buildings, and my brain went
to what goes into making a house... a blueprint, so I started to deconstruct
a blueprint and picked some elements that would complement the letters,
and didn't hinder the visibility of but still had a strong link to a subject,
re-enforcing this by only using white and bright blue.

I started thinking that pretty much everything has a blueprint
to some degree, and what popped into my head? BRIDGES, that's
right —I love bridges, I think they are so understated.
So I designed a little book of bridges, using
my typeface paired with some beautiful images and facts.
