I learned how to screen print in my first year of uni (way back in 2010, I think?!) even though I was told first-year students weren't allowed to be in the workshop, I found a way around that. Although it wasn't an in-depth teaching,
I fell in love with it, and I guess my skills in the field were a little punk, DIY, and definitely a little rough and ready.

Since getting my studio space, I have been getting back into screen printing, relearning, making mistakes, and experiencing inks, papers, layouts, and designs, and let me tell you, it's loads of fun!
There is something so wonderful about hand-pulled screen printing, I love that not two prints will be the same, I love the time it takes to set up, work out placement, happy accidents and to be hands-on when creating your work into a physical thing. So come along on this new chapter and maybe you might see something you really like.
